1. Data Confidentiality & Local Storage

Pro Sender is designed with a privacy-first local architecture. All of your contact lists, message histories, campaigns, schedules, and active WhatsApp session credentials are stored and processed locally on your personal desktop computer. We do NOT host, intercept, or upload your messages, contacts, or media files to our servers.

2. Information We Collect

The only information collected and stored on our remote servers is account identification data required to manage your license:

• Your name and email address for account authentication.
• A secure bcrypt-hashed password.
• Your active subscription tier (Free Trial, Basic Business, Advance Suite) and license expiration date.
• An optional hardware identifier (Machine ID) to prevent account misuse.

3. Payment Information

We do not collect or store credit card numbers or banking credentials. Payment transactions are processed directly by our secure external payment vendors: PayU (for Indian billing) and Creem.io (for international billing). These portals operate in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

We use minimal cookies on our website to retain session states and track pricing configurations. If configured, anonymous web analytics script may be deployed to measure site traffic and click ratios without tracking individual identities.

5. Access and Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and related license credentials at any time. Simply reach out to our support channel at support@prosender.tech, and we will purge your user records within 48 hours.
