1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Pro Sender desktop application and its associated website (prosender.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or access the software.
2. Description of Service
Pro Sender provides a localized desktop client that connects directly to the user's personal WhatsApp account via unofficial multi-device APIs. Pro Sender does NOT provide hosting, proxying, or delivery services for messages; all broadcasts are initiated directly from the user's machine and WhatsApp session.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Pro Sender solely for legitimate, opt-in business communication. You are strictly prohibited from using Pro Sender to send spam, unsolicited advertisements, harassment, or malicious content. Any account linked to fraudulent or abusive activities will have its license terminated without refund.
4. Account Ban Disclaimer
WhatsApp takes strong measures to detect and prevent spam. While Pro Sender includes anti-ban humanization mechanisms (including randomized delays, typing status, and spintax), Pro Sender is NOT affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta. The use of unofficial automation software violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Pro Sender holds zero liability if your WhatsApp numbers or sessions are suspended, restricted, or permanently banned by Meta.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed via PayU (for Indian citizens) and Creem.io (for international clients). We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the initial purchase date are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pro Sender or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, service interruptions, or account bans) arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
